Initial payment will be processed upon entering this agreement. The initial charge will include a non-refundable, lifetime membership fee of $50.00 for new members. By entering this agreement, you are contractually committed for a minimum of four months. ALL enrollments must have a credit card or debit card on file.
This agreement authorizes The Kids Club of SI to continue to charge the enrolling member’s credit card or debit card each month on the monthly anniversary of the start date of this agreement; unless a manual check, cash, or other payment is received thirty days prior to that date. A fee of $50.00 will be assessed for any check returned as not payable. Denied credit card fee is $50.00. A $50.00 fee will be charged weekly for all past due amounts.
Concurrently enrolled siblings will receive a discount of 50% of the current first-month tuition when another child is enrolled at the full price.
The Kids Club of SI is closed on the following days: Jan. 1 & 2, MLK Day, Presidents’ Day, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4 & 5, Labor Day (and the day after), Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving weekend, Dec. 24, 25, 26, and New Year’s Eve (Dec. 31).
Please note that we may take video and/or photographs of you and/or your child while in class. Please let us know in writing (email) if it is not okay to post such on our website or social media sites. Our email address is thekidsclubsi@gmail.com.
I understand that The Kids Club of SI will continue to charge my credit or debit card and extend my child’s enrollment each month after my initial agreement of four months is fulfilled, until this authorization is cancelled by me, in writing (30) thirty or more business days prior to my next billing. This notification must only be made via e-mail at thekidsclubsi@gmail.com.
The Kids Club of SI does NOT offer: Retroactive cancellation, pro-rating, credits, or refunds.
I authorize The Kids Club of SI to charge my card initially and then each month, until I notify The Kids Club of SI via e-mail that we would like to stop. Our e-mail address is thekidsclubsi@gmail.com.
