PARTY RESERVATION

In order to help make your party run as smoothly as possible, we have listed below many things For you to know. Keep in mind that everything listed comes from our past party experience. If there is something you do not understand, please do not hesitate to call us.

Please return the completed application within five days or you forfeit the date of the party.

1. Please read your contract, a copy of which is attached.
2. Please be sure that your guests are aware that The Kids Club of SI is a parent-child participation program and an adult must stay and accompany each child during all activities and be within an arm’s length distance of their child.
3. Please urge guests to be on time. You are given 15 minutes to get ready before the party and 15 minutes after the party to vacate the room. Failure to comply will result in an overtime charge of $100.00.
4. We require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit when you book your party. If you are unable to have your party on the reserved day, please call us immediately. We will be happy to reschedule your party within two weeks of the original date, provided we are notified prior to 8:00 a.m. the morning of your party, and another date is available.
5. The recommended number of children at The Kids Club of SI party is 20. If you exceed that amount you will be charged $120.00 for an additional teacher plus $5.00 additional per child for pizza, unlimited beverages and all paper products. We cannot exceed 25 children.
6. Children six years of age and older cannot participate in gym activities due to insurance limitations. Please inform your guests of this important rule which must be strictly adhered to. If you have older children they can be designated assistants! If you have and questions regarding this matter please call us.
7. Overtime is available at an additional cost $100.00 per half hour and $150.00 per hour. If you would like overtime it must be specified when reserving the date and can only happen if it is the last party of the day.
8. If you wish to have a costume character at your party, we will supply that for you at an additional cost. Please let us know as soon as possible which character you want so we can reserve it for you. We cannot guarantee that a character will be available. No outside vendors are permitted.
9. Please keep in mind that latex balloons are not permitted at The Kids Club of SI for safety purposes. However, you can bring in Mylar (silver) balloons only. Confetti and piñatas are not permitted.
10. Potato chips, pretzels, cookies, candies, etc., are not permitted to be served at any time but may be placed in a take home goody bag.
11. Coffee may not be served due to safety hazards involved. Naturally, no alcoholic beverages are to be served.
12. The party host/hostess (parents) will be responsible for serving their guests food and the teacher’s responsibility will be to serve the children’s food.
13. You may bring in your own birthday cake, preferable not an ice cream cake because we do not have a freezer to store it in. If you choose to bring in a cake, you must provide cake plates and forks or spoons.
14. The teacher will begin the party five minutes after the start time on your contract and will end on time. No exceptions!
15. A 20% gratuity will be added to your bill. However, if you feel your teacher has done an exceptional job an additional tip will be greatly appreciated!

Your teacher is well-trained to help make your party a unique experience, look to her for guidance. We are very pleased that you have chosen The Kids Club of SI for your child’s party and we are sure that this special day will be a memorable one!

Please confirm these numbers 1 week prior to party to ensure adequate amount of food is ordered. Once the food order is placed it cannot be altered.
