I understand that my card will be charged every month for the amount shown as the “Monthly Amount” and extend my child’s enrollment each month after my initial agreement of four months is fulfilled. I acknowledge and agree that The Kids Club of SI Inc. will continue to charge my credit card on a monthly basis until I notify by email at thekidsclubsi@gmail.com “30” or more business days prior to my next billing cycle of my intention to cease participation in The Kids Club of SI Inc. program.
