I understand that my credit card or debit card will be charged every month for the amount shown as the “Monthly Amount”.  I acknowledge and agree that The Kids Club of SI, Inc. will continue to charge my credit card on a monthly basis.  By entering this agreement you are contractually committed for ten months of classes September to June (full school year).
